Understanding Our Terms: Your Partnership Framework with 3J LIMITED

Updated: July 31, 2025

Welcome to 3J LIMITED's Guidelines
When you engage with us to source electronic components, we aim for complete transparency about how our partnership operates. These terms outline our mutual commitments - think of them as the foundation for reliable collaboration. If anything here raises questions.

Getting Started with Orders
Placing an order with us constitutes your agreement to these terms. While we strive to accommodate every request, orders become binding only when we issue a written confirmation. Prices quoted in USD remain subject to change until that formal acceptance - we’ll always notify you before locking in commitments.

About Pricing and Payments
You'll find global tariffs, taxes, and shipping costs itemized separately unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our standard payment window is 30 days from invoice date. For extended projects, we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements - just ask your account manager. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% monthly (we’d much rather help troubleshoot any payment hiccups together).

Shipping and Ownership Transfer
Most shipments operate under FCA Hong Kong terms (Incoterms 2025), meaning responsibility transfers upon handoff to carriers. While we provide estimated delivery timelines based on years of logistics data, unexpected customs or weather delays can occur. Rest assured we’ll proactively communicate if your shipment encounters turbulence.

Component Inspection and Returns
We ask you to inspect components within 72 hours of delivery - this quick check protects both parties. Should issues arise, our Returns Policy details how to request authorization. For defective items, please notify us within 14 days with photos/video evidence. One important note: custom-manufactured items (OEM projects) typically can’t be returned once production initiates.

Our Warranty Commitments
3J LIMITED's core promise remains unchanged: every component ships with traceable documentation back to original manufacturers. We stand behind this authenticity guarantee. That said, we must disclaim implied warranties - our liability caps at the invoice value of affected components. If you ever suspect counterfeits, alert us immediately for forensic investigation. We’ll halt shipments industry-wide if needed to preserve industry integrity.

Protecting Intellectual Property
Components delivered include no transfer of underlying patents, trademarks, or design rights. Reverse engineering manufacturer parts voids all agreements - we encourage direct collaboration with suppliers for authorized adaptations.

Navigating Global Compliance
As partners in global trade, we both commit to upholding export regulations including U.S. EAR and EU Dual-Use rules. You retain responsibility for screening end-uses against military/weapons restrictions - our compliance team can advise on gray-area applications.

When Unforeseen Events Strike
Trade wars, natural disasters, or supply chain collapse? Such force majeure events release both parties from delay/cancellation liabilities. We pledge alternative sourcing strategies if disasters strike, but can't bear the impossible.

Resolving Disagreements
Should disputes emerge, Hong Kong law governs our partnership. We prefer resolving issues through Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre proceedings - efficient, confidential, and fair to both sides. Let’s reserve courts as the absolute last resort.

Final Practical Notes
Cancelling standard orders after 24 hours involves a 20% restocking fee - we’ve often already pulled inventory from bonded warehouses. Rest assured we never sell your data (detailed in our Privacy Policy). These terms evolve as regulations change, but the version active during order placement always governs our agreement.
