Orders & Delivery

You can track order status in real-time through your customer account. You will receive email notifications with the tracking number once your order ships.

Shipments for in-stock items usually occur within 24-48 hours. For non-standard or high-demand items, we provide an accurate expected lead time based on supplier feedback.

Technical & ODM Solutions

Customization typically involves: Requirement discussion → Concept design → Prototype development → Testing & Validation → Small batch pilot run → Mass production. Our dedicated Project Management Team collaborates closely with you throughout.

After-sales & Quality

Stop using the material, preserve the original packaging and documents, and contact our Customer Service Center or Quality Department immediately. We will initiate a Rapid Response (RMA) process.

We offer conditional return and replacement services, primarily for products with verified quality defects. Please refer to our Returns & Order Issues page for specific terms.
